Lead/Team Pastor

Are you a passionate, Spirit-filled leader with a heart for God’s people and a vision for the next generation? Do you long to see lives transformed, the Holy Spirit move in power, and God’s Kingdom advance in the church, our city, and the nations?

We are a growing, multi-generational church founded on Isaiah 61, where we have seen many set free and deepened in their relationship with Jesus. We are looking for a Lead/Team Pastor who can connect with people of all ages—especially the next generation—with energy, creativity, and a deep love for God’s Word.

What We Are Looking For:

• A strong leader with preaching and teaching ability, grounded in biblical truth.

• A pastor with vision and creativity, passionate about discipling and equipping believers.

• Someone who walks in faith and boldness, longing to see the Holy Spirit at work.

• A relational leader who connects with people of all ages, especially young people.

• A servant-hearted individual with a hunger for revival and a love for God’s church.

• Must already be based in the UK.
