In 2004, God raised up Catalyst for the single purpose of coming alongside those who are working in really difficult global environments to provide encouragement, training, and resources.

We support Christian workers in highly challenging global environments. In addition to leading Breathe Conference (for singles, couples and families) and Traction Conference for Men, we lead global conferences for mission agencies and teams.
