Job Description
We’re looking for someone with experience of working with children and young people in a church environment and a track record of outreach improving attendance in church-based youth activities. You will be a dynamic leader for our youth ministry and manage volunteers to work with our local communities.

Due to the nature of this role we believe that this post is subject to an occupational requirement that the holder be a practising Christian and part one of schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010 .

This is a new paid staff role and builds on the great work of our dedicated volunteer children’s and youth teams at Ivy Church over many years. The role will require elements of building on existing ministries and pioneering new ones both inside and outside the church in our community.
