Luton Roma Trust

Our organization is looking for dynamic volunteers to support our activities and help our great cause in one or more of the following ways:

1. Welcoming the beneficiaries at our Roma Community Centre and make them feel at home

2. Provide basic computer training for beneficiaries at our computer stations where they can access their online accounts

3. Record beneficiaries’ data in the database before they are seen by one of the staff

4. Help with the organization of our Wednesday music project  (3.30 pm -5.30pm)

5. Teach in our English for Life project

6. In any other way if a need arises, by agreement with the supervisor

We will be able to reimburse travel costs and any reasonable expenses in connection with your work, in Luton. We offer an interactive working environment and the opportunity to meet people from different cultures! As part of the volunteer ship agreement, we will issue every volunteer a letter of recommendation, which they can use to further strengthen their professional career.

Please send us a short email Crina at crina@lutonromatrust.org.uk or Martin at martin@lutonromatrust.org.uk with your CV and the area you would like to be involved in. You can also contact us by phone at 07990288378 (Crina) or 07791536713 (Martin) if you have any questions.
