City Evangelist in Netherlands

There are many opportunities to come and serve short-term with WEC Netherlands in the needy city of Rotterdam. Every year, thousands of migrants are arriving in the city, many of them from countries or cultures which are closed to the gospel. WEC is joining with local churches and other agencies to share God's love and passion to these people in culturally appropriate ways. Research the unreached peoples in the city; be creative on social media platforms to advertise activities and convey positive messages; work with youth in the neighbourhood; be creative with women and children's groups; disciple new believers with Bible Studies and video courses like Alpha; network with churches and agencies to mobilise congregations; organise and put on events for prayer, training, networking and outreach. Through Reaching Rotterdam we are seeing new blossoming communities of faith rising among the unreached people groups in Rotterdam as a result of this fruitful collaboration. Come and join us.

Commitment: 3+ months. This position is unsalaried, as all WEC personnel look to God to provide their personal needs. WEC ref 465
