Teachers
Our partners at Hillcreast School in Jos, Nigeria, have opportunities to teach at primary and secondary level.
A profile of the school can be found here: https://www.hillcrestschool.net/
If you would like to explore serving at Hillcrest as a Mission Africa missionary teacher, please contact the office for further details.
We are a UK based agency and require applicants to have a legal right to reside and work in the UK.
There is an occupational requirement for overseas missionaries to be committed Christians, endorsed and formally recognised by their home Church. Missionaries must be able to support and promote the Christian ethos and theological beliefs of Mission Africa as set forth in our statement of faith. Missionaries, in addition to their overseas work, will be expected, whilst on home assignment (furlough), to support the Mission through taking part in various Christian activities such as (but not limited to) Church events of any type, prayer meetings, Christian conferences, informal Christian gatherings.
All overseas roles require some personal support raising to be carried out – missionaries are expected to raise a minimum of 70% of their estimated support costs. Mission Africa will offer training and support in fundraising activities.
Please mention OSCAR when responding.
