Hostel Parents

Do you love to see kids grow spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally? Lead the Hostel Ministry team in Chiang Mai. The role of the Hostel Parents is to love, support, encourage and develop the children when not in school, in our safe, Christian, comfortable, home-like environment, where they live apart from their parents who are serving in SE Asia beyond a day's commute. Our multi-cultural children attend an international secondary school in the town. Invest in our missionaries' children in the role of foster parents during term time, help them with homework, and supervise and provide activities for them out of school hours, including some cooking, household responsibilities, relaxation, exercise and social activities. Supervise and help our local staff to plan menus, organise shopping and maintain the hostel building. Give your time, energy and skills helping to care for our children's spiritual, emotional, educational and physical needs.

This position is unsalaried, as all WEC personnel look to God to provide their personal needs. WEC ref 13610
