A vacancy has arisen for a part-time Administrator to play a key role in administering the financial activities and related areas of FCCT, reporting to the Charity Treasurer. This role could grow in responsibility over time.
Essential Job functions include daily processing of donations received, managing the system for payments and cash control, using Xero Accounting Software.
Other important responsibilities are managing the payroll, tax and pension functions and providing financial information for Project Leaders and Trustees. Then there is the usual office admin including managing our charity CRM software, insurances, subscriptions services and memberships.
Previous charity work experience as well as bookkeeping and IT proficiency would be extremely desirable, as is a commitment to the expressed goal and values of FCCT as a Christian organisation.
The job is expected to involve around 2 days a week, of which at least one day will be officed based in Farnham, and salary will be based on a Full Time Equivalent salary of £22,700 per annum.
