Change the eating disorder story where you live by training with tastelife to run our unique 8 session community course for sufferers, their friends and family.

Stand against the rising tide of the eating disorder epidemic in the UK by offering tools for recovery, through teaching, discussion, real-life stories and tools for life. The tastelife community course is proving to be a welcome, targeted resource which encourages a self-help approach that really works.

YOU can be part of our mission to offer hope and help in 50 towns across the UK by 2020 and help to change the response to eating disorders in this country for ever.

Our fully accredited training topics include:

  • Why eating disorders develop
