Community Warden

We are looking for a Community Warden to join our team in a new role overseeing the student life of the College, developing community cohesion, supporting the provision of student welfare and shaping the student spiritual formation programme.

The role has a number of elements, and these are best summarised as follows:
• To develop community life and community cohesion across the whole College
• To support the welfare and pastoral provision of the College as part of the welfare team
• To lead the spiritual formation of our residential community
• To offer appropriate support and discipline in the College

We are looking for someone who will live on the Cliff College site and be a key member of our College community.
