Personnel Administrator, UK  - Africa Inland Mission

Aim International is looking for a Personnel Administrator to join the Mobilising Team at its European HQ in Nottingham.  This is a vital role with administrative, relational and spiritual dimensions.  The successful candidate will be a part of our Personnel Department team providing essential administrative and practical support to new and serving missionaries.

The role encompasses:

  • Support for:
    • Missionary recruitment, selection and preparation
    • The care of serving missionaries
  • Maintenance of an active interest in Aim’s mission activities
  • Participation in staff prayer meetings

Qualities needed:

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • A methodical and precise approach to work
  • A good communicator but with due regard for confidentiality
  • A good team-player
  • A heart for mission
  • Competency in Microsoft Office

Within the terms of the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003, it is a Genuine Occupational Requirement that the successful candidate agrees with and signs AIM International’s Statement of Faith.
