Aim International is looking for a Personnel Administrator to join the Mobilising Team at its European HQ in Nottingham. This is a vital role with administrative, relational and spiritual dimensions. The successful candidate will be a part of our Personnel Department team providing essential administrative and practical support to new and serving missionaries.
The role encompasses:

Support for:
- Missionary recruitment, selection and preparation
- The care of serving missionaries
- Maintenance of an active interest in Aim’s mission activities
- Participation in staff prayer meetings
Qualities needed:
- Excellent administrative skills
- A methodical and precise approach to work
- A good communicator but with due regard for confidentiality
- A good team-player
- A heart for mission
- Competency in Microsoft Office
